ELIO winery is based in Cividale del Friuli (ITALY), an UNESCO world heritage site. Since the ’50 we have worked with passion, passing down knowledge and values. Utmost care is given to the environment and its biodiversity, as respect and balance always lead to superb results.The history have started with Elio and now there are his son FRANCO and his grandson ALBERTO. Franco’s long experience and Alberto’s competence have allowed us to implement the tradition of manual work from the early care of the vineyard to the final technology-assisted bottling stage.Our high quality grapes are the result of commitment, care and respect for the environment. In order to achieve this, our winery values ORGANIC FARMING and cherishes the work of our employees.Our wine list is a mix of internationl wines and autochthonous grape varieties with some distinctive wines like ELIO BIANCO, ROSATO and RUBEST.Our winery now manage 3 hectares of vineyards, most of them positioned around the wine cellar and works a lot with wine tastings and wine tourism. The total production is in development and now is around 10 thousand bottles per year.
